| Alessandro Renzi Founder and Executive Director, Technology and Operations Alessandro’s the “techie” half of our duo and manages most of our client projects. His knack for client service was honed over four years in the Broadcasting division at CCBN prior to starting Beyondus. During his time at CCBN he managed a team of professional event and account managers, and was responsible for managing the relationships with over 500+ clients of webcast, IVR, and fulfillment products. Alessandro’s creative streak kicked off with his B.F.A. in Film and Video Production from the Rochester Institute of Technology at Rochester, NY. |
Did you know? Alessandro is an actor in his spare time, including a stint as the Winkie General in The Wizard of Oz! Keep an eye on Theatre in the Mist for future plays. |
| Karen Renzi Founder and Executive Director, Marketing and Sales Karen’s our marketing half – she loves to look at the big picture with our clients and design marketing strategy to fit their needs. She’s often out and about – either on the road or on Facebook & Twitter! She’s also embraced the role of teacher, speaker, and coach on marketing and web-related topics. Karen’s background is in marketing for startups – she worked for three of them in the Boston area: CCBN, Safari Books Online, and GeoVantage. Loves the entrepreneurial spirit! And in case you were curious, she holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from William Smith College (Hobart and William Smith Colleges) in Geneva, NY. |
Did you know? Karen bakes a mean pie. She was actually credited with saving Thanksgiving this past year! She’d cook all day – if she only had someone to clean up after her! |

| Kelly Bancroft-Billings Project Coordinator Kelly considers herself a “Jill of all Trades”. She has over 10 years of administrative assistant and bookkeeping experience. She has also dappled in website design. While working as a Development Director in Tullahoma, Tn., Kelly created press releases, newsletters and publicity photo opportunities. Kelly also is an amateur photographer and enjoys time with her family. |

| Adriana Gambino Sales & Marketing Assistant Adriana is known to be a “stickler for the details”. She would rather have quality then quantity. For over five years she has been an Administrative Assistant dealing with sales, accounts receivable and customer service. Currently she is attending Empire State College to finish her degree in Marketing, and in her free time she enjoys coaching and playing soccer. |

| Laura Balcom Copywriter and Marketing Consultant Laura began her writing career at a magazine publishing company back in 2001. From there, she transitioned into the world of marketing as an advertising copywriter and eventually struck out on her own as a freelance writer. While she has extensive experience working on more traditional forms of advertising, such as direct mail and print ads, she specializes in developing website copy. Laura’s aim is to create search engine friendly content, while staying true to the concept that you have to tell a good story and provide useful information in order to engage your customers and get good results. |

| Jamie Lynn Bell Graphic Design Consultant Jamie’s ultimate design goal is to create clean and effective design that increases client growth and development. Prior to consulting with Beyondus, she graduated from Daemen College in 2010 as Valedictorian of her class with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. After graduation, she joined the creative team of The Martin Group in Buffalo, NY as an Assistant Art Director. There she was able to design for clients such as New Era Cap®, ECMC, Greatbatch, Tuxedo Junction, Canisius High School, LEKI and Evans Bank. Jamie’s other experiences include volunteering as an Art Director for a local magazine and spearheading a local tourism campaign for a growing art’s and entertainment community in North Tonawanda. |

| Lisa Rowe Foulger Graphic Design Consultant Lisa is a graphic designer who’s been creating visual communications solutions for ten years. Prior to consulting with Beyondus, Lisa worked at Herald Media, the company that owns the Boston Herald and 90 smaller newspapers around Massachusetts, designing promotional materials such as corporate media kits, print advertising, vehicle graphics, billboards and direct mail pieces. Prior to that she worked at a few internet companies including Boston.com. Lisa has a B.S. in Studio Art with a Graphic Design concentration from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. |

| Nicole Jenney Junior Graphic Designer Consultant Nicole is a recent Graphic Design graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She likes to think of herself as a logo guru – as she has designed many logos throughout her college and post-college career. She recently relocated to Denver, Colorado where she enjoys everything the mountains have to offer. |

| Rob Lee Web Development Consultant Rob is a web developer from Boston, Massachusetts who has been building websites and applications for over 10 years. Rob has worked on many high profile websites for Hollywood actors and films, including “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt”, that have been seen by millions. Rob went to school at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where he studied History and Information Technology. |
Did you know? Rob is an avid musician who studied at Berklee College of Music before transferring to UMass. He can plan guitar, bass guitar, drums, piano and on a good day sing a note or two.
